What is your refund and exchange policy?
All refunds are at the discretion of Young Star Musical Theatre Inc. and must be discussed with all parties involved.
During Summer we follow their policy:

What is your cell phone policy?
At YSMT our building is “unplugged”. Meaning all students, interns, and directors are expected to turn their phones in to the phone box at the beginning of the day. Students who may need to communicate to their families are welcome to do so on a snack break or lunch break, but cannot use it for entertainment purposes. We encourage our students to make new friends and engage with one another in the real world, thank you for respecting this policy.
Can I stay and watch?
We do not allow parents to sit inside the studio during class time, however, there are picnic tables in the front of our studio and anyone is welcome to sit there at anytime.
What are your behavior policies?
1st warning will be a verbal warning Possibly a brief sit-out of participation.
2nd warning will be a phone call to the parent/guardian about behavior.
3rd warning the student may be asked to be picked up early with a private discussion at pickup.
If a camper exudes consistent disruptive or inappropriate behavior, they may be asked to disenroll from camp. Refund policy remains the same.
