Every party package at YSMT includes the following:

--All party packages include a private party experience (the studio will not have classes running)

Just-the-Venue: DIY Party

Rent the dance studio, you decorate and plan the day!

You bring the music, decor, & all party supplies

You do the setup and clean up.

Party by You, Decor by Us

$350

We will have the dance studio decorated with your choice of color scheme before your arrival (certain themes may be available if planned in advance).

Decorations include a balloon arch, basic black or white tablecloths, and basic color-coordinated table settings (plates, cups, cutlery.) Add ons available below.

Bring your own food, cake, & drinks
 
We provide tables and seating

We provide table cloth, napkins, plates, forks, mini water bottles

You clean up anything you brought in. We clean up the rest.

Ultimate Dance Party by YSMT 

$450

Everything included in the above packages PLUS

YSMT will DJ the dance party, lead interactive dance games, bubble machine party time, and coordinate the "Happy Birthday" song/cake cutting ceremony.

Let us take care of the decorations, the fun for the kids, and all the setup and clean up. 

This package is best for the parent who wants to just sit back, mingle, and enjoy the birthday party.

Add on a Themed Cake

Cake consultation must be at least 2 weeks in advance. Pricing ranges based on design and serving size.

Add on Decorations

Themed backdrop, additional themed table decorations, and themed place settings.

Add on Themed Character(s)

$150+/actor

Themed character meet-and-greet based upon availability. Please inquire within about which character you are interested in. Must be planned at least 3 weeks in advance.

Add on a Bounce House

$150+

Bounce houses are always a hit! Bounce house will be set up before you arrive and taken down after guests leave.

Add on Goody Bags

$100+

We will provide the themed goody bags for your child-age guests
$7/child (must be pre-ordered)

Add on a Face Painter

$100+

Face painter will paint during the duration of your party.
$25/30 minutes overtime.

Add on a Play Area

$100+

The play area will be a turfed or foam padded section of the dance floor set up with sanitized toys and activities for younger children (~ages 2 and up)

Toddler Party Games

$50+

Includes parachute party time, ribbon sticks and tambourines for dance party, and bubble time.
